Return Policy

 

We try to be as descriptive of our products as possible. Most of what we sell are straight forward self explanatory photo products. The color, size and photo size it will take are clearly indicated on each product page. We also in most cases provide 2-5 additional detailed images of each product in the individual product display page. If you have any questions regarding the suitability of any item for your purpose please do contact us We are happy to help you make the right product choice.

RETURN POLICY

ALL CUSTOM PRINTED ITEM SALES ARE FINAL

Otherwise, our return policy is as follows:  All returns must be pre-approved and have a Merchandise Return Authorization [MRA] number to receive proper merchandise credit. Returns must be made within 10 days from date of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be in new condition in original packaging. Only full cases are accepted for approved returns. Seasonal merchandise and custom printed items are non returnable. Provided these conditions are met, for a MRA number please contact us

Also please note... follow these guidelines when you receive your order. Upon receipt of your merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. In the event your package arrives damaged, either do not accept delivery, make sure that condition is noted with delivery person or contact the carrier to inspect the package for a full refund/replacement. If You are unable to contact them, we will contact them for you. All packaging material MUST be retained until problem has been resolved.
